Lucy Hogg
Lucy is Director of Voluntary Sector Infrastructure at Voluntary Norfolk. As part of this role, she leads the Empowering Communities partnership. The partnership seeks to build a thriving voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector in Norfolk. An experienced third sector leader, Lucy has worked in the VCSE sector for over 20 years.
Lucy grew up in Norfolk, and started her career in academia and research. She moved into the charity world in 2001, starting as a groups officer at the Fawcett Society, where she later became a senior fundraiser. Moving back to Norfolk in 2008, she worked briefly in adult education. Lucy then became Director of the Women's Employment, Enterprise and Training Unit (WEETU) - a Norwich-based social enterprise. She continues this work today as a member of the Norfolk Women's Fund.
A transformational leader, Lucy is committed to working collaboratively with communities, the VCSE sector, and wider stakeholders to challenge inequalities and drive change.
