Candy Richards
Candy is the East Anglia Development Manager for the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB). Managing the FSB's activity across East Anglia, she represents the regions small- and medium-sized businesses and sole traders.
Established in 1974, FSB is the UK's largest member-led business group. It provides a wide range of vital business services, including support, advice, and financial expertise. It gives smaller businesses a powerful voice heard in government.
Candy works closely with Norfolk's independent and small businesses. She helps them to navigate the business support landscape. She makes sure their challenges and unique needs are understood by local and national government, partners, and stakeholders.
For the Norfolk Business Board, Candy will focus on representing the county's smallest businesses. She will ensure they are a strong focus for the county's future economic plans and are supported to thrive and grow.
So that businesses are always represented on the Board, Candy will attend meetings when Nova Fairbank is unable to do so.
