Paul Padda

Paul is Principal and Chief Executive Offier at East Coast College. He was Deputy Principal until his appointment as Principal and CEO in April 2024, and has worked for the college for over 10 years. He successfully led the college through their Ofsted inspection in February 2020, where they achieved a Grade 2 'Good' rating.

Paul has a deep understanding of the challenges facing the further education sector in the UK. He is committed to creating an environment that fosters learning and excellence. Every student deserves the opportunity to achieve their full potential. Paul is dedicated to creating a college that is inclusive and enables both staff and students to thrive. He is equally passionate about supporting communities and employers to deliver the skills and training needed for economic growth.

Outside of education, Paul has worked in IT and business management. He has a Certificate in Education, an MSc in Computer Science, and an honours degree in Law.
