Robin Milton

Robin is the founder of Fairer Games, an independent games studio based in Norwich. Founded in 2022, the studio focuses on blending traditional art and historical storytelling.

Winner of the 2023 DevelopHER Award, Robin is also part of the IGDA's Foundation's 2024 Next Gen Leaders Programme. She is a passionate advocate for the growth of the local games development industry in Norfolk.

Robin has been co-organiser of the Norfolk Game Developers community group for 10 years. The group has over 600 members, supporting and growing games development talent and studios in the area.

She is also a part-time lecturer at Norwich University of the Arts, supporting the Games Art and Design and Games Development degree courses.
